- Classes incorporate slow, progressive sequences focusing on alignment that gently builds to a more rhythmic pace.
- Class will conclude with some longer holds in restorative poses designed to lengthen your muscles and increase range of motion.
- This class is recommended for students who have attended at least 1-5 yoga classes, but is open to all levels.
